5. We will send your refund after the documents you submitted are verified. The refund amount is the same as the order amount, excluding Tax.

1. If your refund method is "Send your refund to your bank account", the bank account information you need to provide includes:

(2) ABA Routing number
(3) SWIFT code(BIC)
(4) Bank name
(5) Account number

2. If your refund method is "Send your refund to your PayPal account", the PayPal account information you need to provide includes either @username or Email address.
3. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account, it usually takes 14-21 days to complete.
4. If your refund method is "Issued as an Amazon E-Gift Card", we will send you an Amazon E-Gift Card by email within 14 business days. Amazon Gift Card can be used to purchase millions of goods and services on Amazon.
