HELPFUL TIPS

1. The Leak-proof Cover must be removed before heating.

2. The lunch box will operate when it is plugged in. Unplug from the outlet after use. Do not heat for more than 60 minutes each time.

3. Before heating your meal, pour 1-2 tablespoons of water on the food to retain moisture. Do not pour water into the heating base.

4. Stir or flip food once or more halfway through to promote even heating.

5. Heating time may vary depending on the type, quantity and initial temperature of the food.
